- Product Condition: The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

- Ship the Item Back: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- If you received a gift, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit or a gift card.
